Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a commercially minded, technically astute Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of key features across our core software platform. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure our product delivers measurable outcomes for industrial customers. This will be our first product hire, so we are looking for someone that right now is able to wear multiple hats, and that is comfortable flipping between strategy and execution. As we achieve our growth objectives, we fully expect this role holder to progress through the business.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for our product(s).
- Translate customer pain points and business opportunities into product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship high-impact features.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to validate solutions and drive adoption.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, using data to guide decision-making.
- Support GTM strategy with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Champion continuous improvement in product delivery and user experience.
- Serve as one of QiO’s public evangelists, delivering conference talks, webinars etc.

About You
- 7–12 years of product management experience in B2B software.
- A deep grasp of industrial systems—you understand how observability platforms, utility software, and automation technology intersect to solve plant-floor problems.
- Proven record of accomplishment, launching and scaling successful SaaS products.
- Experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or AI/analytics environments.
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable working with engineering and data science.
- Conduct and manage continuous market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Finance Teams on pricing strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
