Sales Executive (SaaS)

QiO Technologies Ltd is seeking a motivated, new business hunter to join their growing sales team. Commercially astute and with a passion for winning and closing new business. You will come from a technology background, understand industrial IoT and A.I. Engineering.

Job Description: 
  • Facilitate potential opportunities from introduction to proposal. Build and maintain strong long lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs across vertical markets.
  • Manage and own the pre sales product demonstrations and solutionise with the client.

As a results driven Sales Executive you’ll be responsible for driving and qualifying leads that build the sales pipeline. Expanding and accelerating QiOs products to market.
This role requires a motivated and driven individual with a track record of delivering sales in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate responsibility for the full sales lifecycle – from nurturing leads through to close – and building relationships at the highest level in global client organisations.
The successful applicant will be an ambitious self-starter on an upward career trajectory, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. Candidates with a blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience and those with experience of building sales pipeline within a start up environment will be of particular interest.

  • You have several years’ experience in SaaS sales and a demonstrable record of high performance against clear targets and KPIs
  • You have a proven track record of nurturing leads and developing relationships through to successful close
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all levels
  • You come from a technology or engineer background, understand industrial IoT and A.I. Engineering
  • You want to work in a fast-moving company, alongside globally diverse colleagues who are all focused on doing things that people said could not be done. 
  • You are hands-on, motivated and focused on driving sales and closing business with a view to increasing revenue and accelerating our products to market.
  • You have demonstrable experience bringing SaaS to market with new clients. You possess the ability to understand how our customers operate, navigating ambiguity and complexity is second nature to you.
  • You have existing strong networks within the professional services or software industry and are familiar with concepts and technologies around big data analytics and predictive analytics.
  • You are imaginative, liberating and involving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • MBA Degree (ideal but not a pre-requisite)
  • Work experience with industrial clients, oil & gas, marine, aerospace and manufacturing is preferred.
